Common questions

  • I can’t sign in — Try closing and reopening the app, then try again. On web: disable content blockers / try Safari or Chrome.
  • My drawing didn’t save — Only Publish uploads. If you leave before publishing, it won’t be stored.
  • The score feels wrong — AI judging is automated and can be imperfect. You can always retry the prompt and aim for clarity.
  • I want my data removed — Email us and we’ll delete your account data and drawings.
